Change of Command Ceremony - June 3
The Change of Command ceremony for the United States Coast Guard Sector Guam was held June 3, 2021, at Victor Pier, Santa Rita, Guam. Captain Christopher M. Chase was relieved by Captain Nicholas R. Simmons. Rear Admiral Matthew W. Sibley, Commander of the Fourteenth Coast Guard District, presided over the ceremony. We welcome Captain Simmons, and we will undoubtedly miss Captain Chase!
